Funded by Dormant Accounts and supported by the Department of Education and Skills Limerick office, the OSCAILT Programme is running very successfully in St. Enda' Community School. OSCAILT meaning open is a programme aimed at making schools more accessible to the community.

Activities in the OSCAILT programme in St. Enda's Community School include ICT classes, Soccer Development Course, Homework club, Rugby and the publication of this magazine. Many of the activities in the OSCAILT programme are run in partnership with organisations such as the VEC, FAI, FÁS, School Completion Programme and St.Mary's RFC. Participants in the various activities have enjoyed the educational and social aspects of the courses.

Opening up our school to local groups is a privilege and we would like more groups to contact us with a view to using our school for their activities. We are delighted with the success of the programmes and would like to thank all involved.
